  • Wooded acreage – 16/32 green, non-toxic homes                                      
  • Regenerative/Permaculture Farm (organic fruits, veggies & medicines)     
  • Winter Greenhouse (for fresh produce all year round) – 
  •  Off-Grid renewable energies – Well Water – Rainwater Catchment – Garden paths       
  • Retreat Center & Sanctuary.
  • Phase 2: All Low & Moderate income Elders and elders with custody of grandchildren
  • Phase 3: Low & Moderate-Income Families with children
  • Phase 4: Low & Moderate-Income LGBTQIA
  • Phase 5: Low & Moderate-Income Singles
  • Phase 6: Aging out of Foster Care – Residential Program
