- Wooded acreage – 16/32 green, non-toxic homes
- Regenerative/Permaculture Farm (organic fruits, veggies & medicines)
- Winter Greenhouse (for fresh produce all year round) –
- Off-Grid renewable energies – Well Water – Rainwater Catchment – Garden paths
- Retreat Center & Sanctuary.
- Phase 2: All Low & Moderate income Elders and elders with custody of grandchildren
- Phase 3: Low & Moderate-Income Families with children
- Phase 4: Low & Moderate-Income LGBTQIA
- Phase 5: Low & Moderate-Income Singles
- Phase 6: Aging out of Foster Care – Residential Program
