Reimagining Community, Wellness, and Elder Living in Randolph MA
Spirit Winds Village is an emerging adaptive reuse housing and wellness initiative of Grandmothers’ Village Project, Inc., envisioned within the former Elizabeth Lyons School property in Randolph, Massachusetts.
Rooted in sustainability, dignity, healing, and community connection, the project seeks to transform an existing public property into an elder-centered residential wellness community designed to support marginalized elders aging with dignity while fostering intergenerational connection and community well-being.
By reimagining existing community infrastructure through a wellness-centered and regenerative lens, Spirit Winds Village seeks to help address the growing need for accessible elder housing, community connection, food access, and restorative spaces for marginalized elders.
Spirit Winds Village is intended to complement the larger long-term vision of Wisdom Tree Village while creating an earlier opportunity to begin building community-rooted elder housing and wellness infrastructure in Randolph.
